These three things are a natural response that we all have to really common basic circumstances in our life. It would be a huge mistake, to treat these three feelings as the enemy -- they're actually our friends.
If you're stressed, depressed or anxious, there's probably got to be a good reason. It's a lot more helpful to treat them as valuable sign posts towards information. All three feelings are usually manifestations of feeling angry and not being able to do anything about it.
Either something's wrong with the "out there" of your life that needs to be changed or renegotiated or you're out of synch with something inside yourself such as a perception or belief system that needs to be renegotiated.
